Below grade damp proofing and waterproofing

Don’t let the bad weather damage your floor and walls. Talk to us and increase the value of your property.

About our Process

Below grade damp proofing and waterproofing are intended to protect foundation walls and underground spaces from moisture and water damage. our solutions provide long-lasting protection, preventing mould, mildew, water infiltration and structural damage, and increase the overall lifespan of your building.

Damp proofing execution consists in a spray applied emulsion or solvent coating, intended to reduce dampness and moisture trough foundation walls. This coating has to be protected by a protection board or, by concrete faced rigid insulation, which would provide increased energy efficiency to the building as well.

When it comes to underground spaces, a damp proofing coating isn’t sufficient, is not calculated to stop water infiltration. In that case, walls have to be waterproofed. A waterproofing membrane can be fluid-applied, thermally applied, or a self-adhered membrane.

According to a project specific needs, we’ll suggest and install the most appropriate product that would serve to one purpose – keeping the water out of underground spaces.
